Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-4 weeks of processing time before your order is shipped out.  Each piece is handcrafted, made to order, and packaged by one person - your patience is greatly appreciated!​

Shipping is offered through the USPS and domestic rates are all live. International shipping is a flat rate of $12. The difference in shipping is that domestic (i.e. in the United States) packages will be shipped in bubble wrap as a small package. However, international packages may be subject to being shipped via a large envelope.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Sphinx is taking full measures to reduce risk of exposure and ensure employee & customer safety.

A tracking number will be provided once package is shipped upon request (DM @sphinxjewelryshop on instagram with your order number).

Customer is solely responsible for their package after it leaves our office. Sphinx is not responsible for any damage or theft of product once it has been shipped.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your product is shipped, you will receive an email. Until then it is assumed your package has not shipped.
